Nandu’s Chicken beckons customers in a ‘hearty’ manner
To create buzz and drive sales, the brand has opted for bus shelter media in proximity to their stores
Nandu’s Chicken, a chicken retailer brand, rolls out an impressive OOH campaign to target the chicken lovers in Bangalore. The online and offline chicken retailer launched in 2017 belongs to the oldest poultry group, which operates across the ecosystem of poultry farming right from growing the chicken feed to hatchery and broiler farming. Controlling the supply chain right through is what sets them apart from other retailers. To promote their retail outlets, the brand has resorted exclusively to the Bus Shelters format; a total of 15 spread across the city.
Giving an insight into the media planning, Narendra K Pasuparthy, Chief Farmer, CEO, Nandu’s Chicken speaks to Media4Growth, “We have retail meat stores all across the city for which we wanted to drive sales therefore we picked up the transit format in proximity to our stores to create the buzz and increase walk-ins”.
The interesting cut out of heart, taken from the brand’s logo, is catching the attention of the masses and creating a brand recall.
