Karnataka Govt ups the OOH quotient with pan-state campaigns

Leading media owning firm Srishti Group has been instrumental in driving the key government’s campaign in Bengaluru and Rest of Karnataka

The Karnataka Government has taken the OOH route to showcase its various flagship programmes. The government’s campaigns were not only writ large on the OOH canvas in Bengaluru and other major cities of the state, but also in the Tier I, III and III cities. As the state assembly elections approach, the incumbent government is taking strident steps to highlight the key achievements with respect to citizen-focused programmes that were unfurled in the state in the last few years.

Leading media owning firm Srishti Group has been instrumental in driving the key government’s campaign in Bengaluru and Rest of Karnataka. Commenting on the group’s association with the campaign, S Kumar, CMD, Srishti Group, said that a well thought-through plan was imperative to deliver the desired impact of the campaign. The challenge was manifold as the campaign was unravelled across the state covering the big cities as well as towns like Holenarasipura, Surathkall, Shikaripura, Tarikere, Honnalli, Kalgatagi, Shiggoun, Yallapura, Navalgunda, Jamkhandi, Periyapatna, Ayanur,  Kumta, Murdeshwara, Uppinangadi, Haliyal, Dandeli, Banahatti, and Andhoor.

In the non-metro markets, OOH can potentially deliver the maximum impact as compared to other advertising media like print, TV and radio, reckons Kumar. Srishti has been handling the publicity campaigns of Central and state governments and corporates on formats like hoardings, train branding (exterior as well as interior panels) and events. The group holds the sole advertising rights at the Railway Stations at Bengaluru, Secunderabad, New Delhi (Bill Boards), Yeshwantpur, Bangalore Cantonment, Mysore (LED screens).
