Gionee in high tempo at Sunburn Festival in Pune

Smartphone brand Gionee undertook extensive venue branding at the recently-held, most fabled Sunburn Festival in Pune and conducted a variety of contests that engaged the large audience there. OOH firm Rapport Outdoor executed the venue branding and customer engagement activities. Brands like Skybags, Kingfisher and Ola Cabs were also co-sponsors of the Surburn Festival.

Rapport Outdoor set up a 75ft x 50ft lounge at the venue where activities like bowling, a puzzle game for making cutouts of Gionee’s brand ambassador Alia Bhatt, a spinning wheel game, best selfie contests, etc,, were organised. Besides, they created a branded arch gate at the main entrance, apart from branding the parking gate, viewing tower and barricades.

Brand attendees with Gionee demo pods positioned themselves at different points of the venue to give the guests at the festival a real-time feel of Gionee handsets. Gionee also decorated the sunset point with branded lit pillars and lit podiums that offered a relaxation point to the music enthusiasts. Branded merchandise (like key rings, VR glasses, t-shirts, bags, etc.) were also given away to winners of the contests conducted by the brand.
