Arkade Developers has launched an extensive OOH campaign across Mumbai, consolidating multiple luxury real estate projects under a single, emotionally resonant message: “Family First.” The campaign centers around the attractive “Life with 20:80” payment scheme, strategically utilizing large format billboards to connect immediate financial opportunity with deeply held family values for homebuyers. 

The core of the OOH strategy is its dual, cohesive messaging. The campaign was executed by MOMS Outdoor, ensuring that the creative utilizes high-impact billboards situated on arterial roads and major junctions, maximizing reach across the city. The visuals promote specific, upscale projects like Arkade Nest (Mulund West) and Arkade Rare (Bhandup West), both showcasing luxury 2 & 3 BHK residences. Crucially, the overarching thematic umbrella, “Family First,” is prominently displayed, ensuring that regardless of the specific project being advertised, the emotional context remains consistent across every installation. 

The key promotional mechanic, “Life with 20:80,” is visually distinguished on the billboard with a bold orange background. This scheme, which requires customers to “Pay 20% Now & 80% at Possession,” addresses a significant financial hurdle for homebuyers by easing the immediate capital burden. By framing this attractive financial benefit under the emotional promise of family well-being and security, Arkade effectively communicates that the offer is not merely an investment strategy, but a practical enabler for prioritizing and securing the family’s future home.
