Organisers of the BeFantasticGaluru, a tech fest that was organised in Bengaluru during December 15-17, opted to promote the event on ad-roller escalator handrail media at the MG Road and Majestic stations on the Namma Metro network. The branding locations were chosen in view of the young target audience that is known to be regularly commuting on the Metro network via the two stations.
ad-roller escalator handrail media is gradually gaining ground in places like malls, and Metro stations while airport is another target destination for this media venture. ad-roller is purported as a highly consumer-friendly media that presents itself in pleasant haptic, attractive colourful designs that keep the eyeballs away from the worn down black handrails.
