Mumbai real estate firm joins the ‘Main Bhi Chowkidar’ bandwagon

The private real estate company, Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Out Ltd, launches an online and outdoor campaign based on the current election campaign theme .

Main bhi chowkidar, Sai Drawing inspiration from BJP’s election campaign theme, ‘Main bhi chowkidar’,, real estate consultancy firm Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Private Limited has initiated their latest campaign on similar lines. The social media and outdoor campaign seeks to assure the masses regarding the company's promise to be their chowkidar (protector) by ensuring housing for all Mumbaikars.

In sync with their on-going ‘Homes for Every Mumbaikar’ campaign, is the message about their mission to provide affordable housing for the many who invest their life savings towards realising their dream of owning a home, the company said in a statement.

With #MeinBhiChowkidar trending across social media, the campaign is live on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in order to reach out to a wide section of audiences. Through social media, the brand will also emphasis on the importance of affordable housing for all by 2022. Additionally, Sai Estate has also employed OOH advertising across Mumbai.

Expressing his views, Amit B Wadhwani, Co-founder, Sai Estate Consultants, said, “The affordable segment is moving at an extremely fast pace due to the government’s mission to provide homes to suit the need of each consumer. I am a strong believer of building homes for the affordable housing where the prices suit the demand of the segment. As we have been working relentlessly towards it for the past 9 years, this campaign is just another impetus in supporting the government’s initiative that we strongly believe in.”

The campaign aims to reach out to the cities of Surat, Baroda and Pune.
