Mumbai Central invites quotes for advertisement displays on hoardings

Commercial Divisional Railway Manager, Mumbai Central under the Western Railway Division of Indian Railways invites quotations for the display of advertisements on hoardings at stations or locations near Kandivali, Vasai Road and Dahanu Road from either advertising agents or agencies or firm or companies. One hoarding is available at theKandivali station whose total display area is 4800 sq. ft. and the reserve price for three months is Rs. 14,69,700. There are some 8 hoardings available at Vasai Road whose total display area is Rs 2000 sq. ft. and the reserve price for these displays has been fixed at Rs. 3,55,000 for 3 months. Similarly, there is one hoarding at Dahanu Road whose total area of display is 200 sq. ft. and the reserve price has been fixed at Rs. 12,750 for three months.

The bidders have to present quotation for each location or station separately along with the amount of license fee for the period of 3 months. The successful bidder will also have to pay 18% GST separately on the accepted license fee in addition to the license fee and other charges. Registered parties can pay GST directly to the government, while unregistered parties can pay the same on the accepted license fee in addition to the license fee and other charges.

The last date for the submission of the quotation is on May 2,2019, which accounts for the opening date of the quotation.
