SDMC invites tender for multiple formats

Cluster & Individual set of unipole and toilet blocks tender are initiated by the civic body

South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) invites tender to allow advertising rights on clusters containing unipole sites in South, Central, Najafgarh and West Zone and individual unipole sites under the jurisdiction of SDMC on monthly license fee basis. The two bid system will be allotted for the duration of 3 years with further extendable to another period of two years.

There are close to 12 clusters that includes a different bunch of unipole in each cluster and three individual unipole are included in the tender. The dimension of each unipole is a 6-meter x 3 meter for both individual and cluster, except a few. And the bottom of the advertisement display of unipole shall be at a height of 2.5 meters above the surface ground.

Another tender invited for advertising rights is for toilet blocks under the SMDC jurisdiction. The tender will be allotted on the monthly license basis in two bid system. There are two clusters including new 6 toilet blocks in total and 2 existing toilet blocks. The vendor will be given the responsibility to maintain toilet blocks as well. The size of toilet blocks is kept standard as issued earlier.

The last date to submit both tenders is 6th September, 2019 and then the bids will open on the same day.
