South Central Railway invites tender for ads on exterior coaches of trains

South Central Railway under the Secunderabad Division has invited tenders for the display of advertisement on the exterior coaches of trains through single packet from advertising agencies or individual parties. The bid has been called for the advertisement display at earmarked areas through vinyl wrapping on the exterior coaches, below window level of 28 nominated mail, express and passenger trains for a period of five years.

The detail of the trains and coaches available for advertisement has been listed below:

The cost of tender documents including GST is Rs. 2800 (non-refundable) for total value up to Rs 50 lakhs and Rs. 5600 for the total value above Rs 50 lakhs. The tender value is Rs. 28, 72,320 and the earnest money deposit is Rs 3, 05,050. The railway authority has requested every single train/rake-link to be a separate tender as indicated in the table above, and the same has to quote separately for each individual train/rake-link duly submitting the cost of tender form and EMD for each individual train/rake-link as indicated above. The authority has also sought the mention of the train/rake link on the sealed packet containing tender.

The railway authority shall conduct pre-bid meeting on 23rd July. The last date for the sale of this tender form is 5th August and the last date for the submission of the tender form is 6th August, which is also the day for the opening of the tender box.

Interested bidders can obtain prescribed tender forms by submitting original money receipt towards the cost of tender forms (non-refundable) from cash office of Secunderabad division. The tender forms can be downloaded online from the website https://scr.indianrailways.gov.in/
