Kansai Nerolac rides into cities, splashes vibrant colours

Kansai Nerocal Paints organised a Cyclathon to spread the message of health and hygiene. The brand paints 40 government schools across India as a part of the initiative. Interspace Solutions executed the event that connected some 40 cities

Interspace Solutions, a media agnostic engagement solution provider, recently conducted the Nerolac Cyclathon 2016 for Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. one of India’s leading paint companies, to commemorate the second anniversary of Swacch Bharat Mission. The Cyclathon was organised to reinforce public awareness of good health and hygiene. The brand reached out to people across 98 cities to register for the cyclathon. Based on the entries received, 40 cities were selected for the cyclathon event.


Speaking about the initiative, Aniroodh Gadge, Senior Marketing Manager, Kansai Nerolac Paints said, “As a trusted and responsible brand in India we wanted to give back our planet more than that what is taken from it, thus leaving a rich legacy for the future generations. We are glad we could contribute and paint 40 deserving schools across India in one day via the Cyclathon. We look forward to continue this in the future too.”

Interspace Solutions managed the event as an event binding health and cleanliness together, thus aiming at bringing the community together and spreading the message of ‘Swacchta’ across all aspects of people`s lives. The event was well received and the total participation was recorded to be more than 4,000 across 40 cities. A lot of support and participation was recorded from students, teachers and government officials to show the support towards the initiative.

Dharit Parikh, Business Head, Interspace Solutions said, “It is a humungous task to organise and execute a nationwide cyclathon in one single day, within a tight timeline of 10 days. We are glad that Kansai Nerolac believed in us and gave us this opportunity.”
