Jagran Engage bags exclusive media rights on Lucknow Metro network
As per the 9-year contract, Jagran Engage will hold the advertising rights inside metro stations and on civil structures of elevated section from Transport Nagar station to Charbagh station covering 8.5 km.
Leading OOH media owning firm Jagran Engage has further strengthened its foothold in the UP market by acquiring the exclusive media rights on the Lucknow Metro network. As per the 9-year contract, Jagran Engage will hold the advertising rights inside metro stations and on civil structures of elevated section from Transport Nagar station to Charbagh station covering 8.5 km. As per industry sources, Jagran Engage stood out in the tender by quoting the highest bid followed by the Amar Ujala group.
Jagran Engage, already owns a bouquet of media in Lucknow comprising billboards, gantries, unipoles, etc, and will be able to offer exclusivity to advertising brands with this new acquisition.
Just a few days back Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath along with Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had flagged off the first metro train on this stretch whereby over 32,000 passengers boarded the metro on the very same day.
