Ferrero Rocher amazes shoppers with giant golden pyramid

The leading confectionery brand created a huge three dimensional golden pyramid which measured over 23 feet in height to celebrate Diwali with shoppers at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. More than 5,000 personalised pictures have been uploaded on social media platforms and shared with shoppers.

Italian confectionery giant Ferrero celebrated Diwali by crafting a huge Ferrero Rocher Golden Pyramid at the Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. The three dimensional pyramid measuring over 23 feet in height, also turned out to be India's biggest exhibit for any brand activation campaign till date. The pyramid was created as part of the'Light up your Diwali with Gold' campaign rolled out by experiential agency Vibgyor Brand Services.

The pyramid has been built on a golden base giving it a total height of 25 feet and width of 17 feet. Adding to this, string lights running across its crown to base gives the structure a luminous golden glow and also signifies the Ferrero brand.

Engaging shoppers at the mall, Vibgyor Brand Services has also created a campaign where they get a chance to win limited edition Ferrero Rocher T96 Pyramid and other Ferrero treats every day. Offering a personalised experience, shoppers can also get themselves photographed with the Golden Pyramid and take home the'golden moment' as a souvenir. These pictures are also being uploaded on Ferrero social media platforms for digital amplification.

Speaking of this initiative, Emanuele Fiordalisi, Head of Marketing, Ferrero India, said, "Diwali is a special festival and Ferrero Rocher has created this giant Ferrero Rocher pyramid to spread the Diwali joy and happiness and celebrate gold moments.”

Sharing insights on the construction of the pyramid, Dhruv Kalra, Marketing Director, Vibgyor Brand Services said, "India's largest Ferrero Rocher Golden Pyramid is an experience in itself - not only for the people who stand back to admire it but also for all of us involved in creating it. The gigantic exhibit and interactive contest experience turned out to be the center of attention with crowds that swamp the mall during the Diwali season. More than 5,000 personalised pictures have already been uploaded and shared with shoppers, many of whom are thronging the mall just to witness the spectacle of this pyramid.
