Cartel Outdoor Advertising started its operations in 1996, primarily focused on building traditional outdoor media assets across Maharashtra. Over the last couple of years it has expanded its presences across multiple cities in India and in doing so the firm has created one of the most diversified media networks in the country, covering transit, airport, conventional media, street furniture and campus advertising networks.
"We have always believed in partnering city and civic authorities to bring in more facilities for society at large while the media we create should help our clients to showcase themselves,†said Shripad Asthekar, Managing Partner, Signpost.
"We now look forward to creating a world class digital OOH network in addition to public conveniences like foot over-bridges, toilets, BQS and other such street furniture on built-operate-transfer basis in partnership with various city and civic authorities,†he added.
Continuing the conversation, Dipankar Chatterjee, Managing Partner, Signpost, added, "To signal this transformation, among other things, we have undertaken a major re-branding exercise, to be in line with the changing dynamics of our business. We genuinely would want to help people and society to use world-class facilities that we create and over time Signpost will strive to work as a guide to serve universal interest in reference to the OOH industry and society at large.â€
With more than 8 lakh sq. ft of prime OOH media spread across the country, over 19 offices and a dedicated workforce of 100+ professionals, Signpost is poised to become one of the prime OOH media owners in the country and is in the process of creating new-age digital as well as infrastructure-based media properties.
