SDMC invites bid for unipole & toilet blocks

South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has invited online bids to allot advertising rights for unipoles and toilet blocks. It is for a cluster of unipole sites located in South, Central Najafgarh and West zone along with allotment of advertisements rights through individual unipole sites. A total of 11 clusters of unipoles including different number of formats are permitted with their estimated value and sizes and 6 unipoles on individual sites.

In the toilet block tender, the authority has invited bids to allot advertising rights with operation and maintenance through designated clusters of existing blocks and individual blocks falling in their jurisdiction. There are two clusters which include 6 blocks and two individual blocks.

Both tenders will be allotted on monthly license fee basis for 3 years on duration and further extendable to another period for two years.

The last date to submit and opening date of tenders is 28th June, 2019.
