Atul Shrivastava of Laqshya Media Group joins Gujarat Talks OOH panel on new infrastructure opportunities for OOH
The panel will explore how new infrastructure projects could open up opportunities for outdoor media and what this growth could mean for the industry.
Atul Shrivastava, CEO of Laqshya Media Group, will join the panel discussion ‘Riding the growth wave: New infrastructure = new media opportunities?’ at the third edition of Gujarat Talks OOH, scheduled for October 30, 2026, at Hyatt Ahmedabad.
Atul has been associated with Laqshya Media Group since 2002, when he joined as Regional Manager – North. During his early years with the company, he focused on developing its solutions business and expanding outdoor media assets across North India through tenders and lease arrangements. In 2011, he took on the national role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and worked closely with the Managing Director on team building, organisational restructuring, diversification and the group’s growth strategy. Currently serving as the CEO, he believes in building leaders, not followers.
The panel discussion will explore how infrastructure development can create new opportunities for the OOH industry. It will examine how new infrastructure can open up advertising locations, create new audience touchpoints and influence media planning. Atul will bring the media owner’s perspective to the conversation, sharing insights into how infrastructure growth can shape outdoor advertising opportunities and the industry’s expansion into new markets.
Gujarat Talks OOH brings together brands and industry stakeholders to discuss the developments and opportunities that shape the state’s outdoor advertising market.
