Meru Cabs to offer new branding possibilities
The fleet taxi operator plans to provide new advertising platforms to brands that go beyond body wraps.
Meru Cabs, the largest fleet taxi operator in the country, is offering new advertising options through its cabs. The company is planning to move beyond exterior and interior vinyl branding and has introduced new formats such as augmented reality platform, tri-ad holders, sampling through e-coupons and email blast.
The idea is take cab-advertising beyond just body wraps and open up a new world of opportunities for the brands across product categories to reach the desired target audience through this medium.
Meru Cabs operates from six cities i.e. Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Ahmedabad for 24 hours a day and seven days a week. They execute more than 25,000 trips per day which caters to more than 1 million passengers in a month out of which 98% of commuters belong to Sec A & B.
