UP Talks OOH: Keynote address by Shree Prakash Singh
Kick starting the 3rd edition of Talks OOH to be held in Uttar Pradesh on November 15th in Lucknow, the keynote address will be delivered by Shree Prakash Singh, Special Secretary, Urban Development Department, Uttar Pradesh.
Highlighting the various out-of-home advertising industry various regions of the country, Talks OOH organised by VJ Media Works, comes to Uttar Pradesh this year to understand the dynamics of the OOH market and facilitate the growth of this medium in this region.
UP Talks OOH, event organised by VJ Media works to be held on November 15th 2013 in Lucknow will be an exclusive platform for the OOH industry in the UP region. Shree Prakash Singh – Special Secretary, Urban Development Department, Uttar Pradesh, will deliver the keynote address to the gathering and kick start the sessions to follow.
