Partnering with RoadAds Pvt. Ltd, the brand captured the Mumbai and Goa markets with GPS enabled mini vans that promoted the offers
With a wide range of TG, from children to senior citizens, the Bata campaign aimed at spreading awareness about the monsoon offers, which also boosted the sales of local vendors in Mumbai and Goa.
Targeting locations such as residential societies, supermarkets, railway stations, malls etc. the Bata minivan traversed with a hoarding installed at the back promoting the brand message regarding the offers.
‘’Our inside-city van network covers various areas in places like Mumbai and Goa. Being always on the move and especially in an over-crowded city like Mumbai, our branded mini-vans capture millions of impressions from commuters on roads and those who are moving in and across market or shopping areas. Plotting the best movement routes by keeping in mind high-traffic statistics gave us an extra edge,’’ said Aasif Jaipuri, Head - Sales at RoadAds Pvt Ltd.
Each unit provided an advertising space of approximately 100 sq. ft. and covered over 2000 kms. in one month. To monitor the campaign efficiently, each media unit had GPS installed on them. The routes were designed to cover every Bata showroom within the allocated premises, giving more visibility to the stores.
The campaign covered more than 52,000 km of distance in Mumbai and about 12,000 km in Goa.
