Real estate player Kolte Patil Developers Ltd. has made an innovative OOH presence in Mumbai in the form of a Matchbox on hoarding to establish the brand in the city.

Kolte Patil Developers Ltd has been making a significant presence in the real estate market with their trademark philosophy of'Creation and not Construction'. In order to strike a chord with their TG in Mumbai, the brand has rolled out an innovative OOH campaign wherein hoardings are executed in the form of larger-than-life match boxes.

The attention grabbing match boxes installed at strategic locations in Mumbai like Marine drive, Bandra, BKC, Linking Road etc drive home the brand's offerings in the coming days for the benefit of their target buyers.

The brand has played around real life situations which any'Mumbaikar' can relate to i.e: the space constraints in a typical Mumbai homes. They drove home the point with a figurative mirror and the message of the brand as a solution to the problem of space constraint.

Creative agency Flagship Advertising Pvt. Ltd came up with the innovative visual to communicate the message successfully to the target audience and outdoor agency Concept Communication strategically executed the campaign across Mumbai using various formats like hoardings, gantries and pillar wraps.

Sharing her views on the campaign, Gayatri Kunte, DGM Marketing, Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd, said, "Most of the people in Mumbai are not leading a quality life because of space constraints.
