AAI invites bids for ad rights at Udaipur Airport
The advertising concession will be awarded for a period of 10 years covering 4,100 sq. ft
The Airport Authority of India (AAI) has undertaken the construction of new terminals for domestic and international passenger traffic at the Udaipur Airport in Rajasthan. To maintain and upgrade the passenger facilities for the airport users, AAI will grant advertisement rights in lieu of the maintenance of the facilities at the Udaipur Airport Estate including the passenger terminals and city side traffic circulation areas and approach roads through a competitive bidding process for the Advertising Rights Concession. The total assigned area for advertising concession is 4,100 sq.ft which will be contracted for 10 years.
The tender will include all types of indoor and outdoor advertising/brand promotion ranging from static to digital formats. The rights would also provide for ambient formats such as shoe shining machines, conveyor belt advertisements, special brand promotion drop downs/banners/ decorations on special events, planters and any future advertising innovations, etc.
AAI has adopted a single-stage selection process in evaluating the proposals, comprising technical and financial proposals to be submitted together through the online e-tendering website of the Government e-Portal. The last date to submit proposal is August 4, 2017 and the bid will open on August 7, 2017.
