SDMC invites bids for advertisement rights on water ATMs
The rights will be contracted on 178 ATMs spread across all 4 zones of SDMC.
South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has invited bids for installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of some 178 water ATMs in lieu of advertisements rights in all four zones of SDMC on a monthly license fee bass in two-bid system. Each water ATM shall also have one MUP of size measuring 5ft x 3ft with back-to-back display where one side will be reserved for social messages and the other for commercial promotions. The site will be placed within 15 meters of the ATM. The advertisement will be implemented as per the Outdoor Advertising Policy, 2007
The contract will be given for the duration of 8 years, extendable by another two years. The zone-wise rights shall be awarded to successful bidders wherein a bidder can bid for one or more zones; the awardees will be responsible the construction of the units at the given locations. All bids have to be submitted latest by August 1, 2017 and the tenders will be opened the same day.
