Neil Prime joins Ocean Outdoor Group board

Neil Prime, UK strategic client lead at the global real estate and investment management company JLL, has joined the board of Ocean Outdoor as a non-executive director.

Neil brings 35 years’ experience in the real estate and property services business to Ocean. The DOOH advertising company is continuing to expand its presence across Europe, announcing the launch of Ocean Outdoor Germany last month.

Neil said: “What impresses me is how Ocean differentiates itself in their sector. The company is managed by a team of talented people and its marquee assets are digital landmarks, operating in environments which complement my specialism in large scale real estate and development assets.

“The place and the role of Ocean’s assets in their different communities presents an attractive opportunity. From a development point of view, the years ahead are going to be really interesting for Ocean and out of home.”

Neil was a member of the JLL’s UK board for 17 years and managed their UK office leasing business for the same period. He led the office agency business across Europe for three years until 2022.
