Rippling, a tech company that offers smart solutions to companies to deal with “irreducible administrative work that no one likes doing”, has rolled out an extensive OOH campaign in the city of Bengaluru to promote its hiring initiatives. The company also offers a unified workforce management platform, and various app and device management, and finance software solutions.
Rippling, that prides itself on the credo that ‘We hire engineers who think like Founders’, has opted for a wholly text-based creative where the copy does all the heavy-lifting. Messaging like ‘50+ Founders work here’ testify to this.
The Rippling campaign has been executed in high traffic zones of the city where the target audience – tech professionals – would be seen more often. The campaign is also visible on sies close to the busy Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru.
