Surendra Shenoy, Principal General Manager, Karnataka Circle, BSNL addressed the Karnataka Talks OOH conference on the theme of ‘Dialling into consumer mindspace through OOH’
He stated that BSNL outdoor campaigns have generated significant consumer response. At the same time, he expressed concern over the regulatory challenges that confront the OOH industry. Citing the potential of digital OOH media, he said that such developments will encourage more brand spends.
Timely technology infusion will revitalise OOH, he said.
