Mumbai License fee case hearing postponed for tomorrow

The petition has been filed by 8 OOH media owning firms operating in Mumbai

The hearing on the matter of the Mumbai outdoor media license fee waive off for the month of May case scheduled for 12th June couldn’t take place as the Bombay High Court Hon’ble Judge S J Kathawalla, hearing the matter along with Hon’ble Judge Surendra P Tavade, was absent from the hearing due to undisclosed personal reasons. However, the next hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow i.e. 16th June 2020.

The last order issued by the Bombay High Court to restrict coercive steps against the media owners prevails until new or final judgement is announced by the judges.

The Mumbai OOH Owners that have appealed to waive off hoarding fees for the month of May are Creation Publicity Pvt.Ltd, Bright Advertising Pvt.Ltd, Orion Advertisers, Anurag Sites, Em Vee Advertising Company, Pingle Outdoor, Yoag Advertisers, and Pioneer Publicity Corporation Ltd.
