IOAA elections on Sept 19, nominations to be filed by Aug 16

The Indian Outdoor Advertising Association (IOAA) has notified all members that the election of new 15 Committee Members for the year 2014-15 will be held on September 19. The newly elected Committee Members will then nominate from among themselves the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Treasurer of IOAA.

The office bearers and committee members will serve for a one-year period beginning October 2014 until the IOAA Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) in 2015.

The IOAA has specified that the declaration of candidacy along with the nomination form must be filed at the IOAA Head Office (No.303/303A, Krishna Commercial Center, No. 6, Udyog Nagar, S V Road, Opposite MTNL, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400062) before 12pm on August 16. The nominations will have to be filed with a physical copy, with due signatures, wherever necessary.

The IOAA has further specified that members with membership payment dues are not eligible to participate in the election process. Further information on the payment status could be obtained from the IOAA Head Office. Only members who are listed in the Member list released by the IOAA office on August 20 would be eligible to vote in the elections.
