HP kicks off its second HP DSCOOP Latex Summit

The latest trends in soft signage, vehicle graphics, textile printing, wall coverings and other applications of large format printing were discussed at the summit.

Hewlett-Packard kicked off the 2nd Latex Summit in the capital, where the objective was to update the industry about the latest advancements in HP Latex technology.
The Latex Summit concentrated on the central theme of'Print is Everywhere', through a rich combination of LIVE demonstrations, panel discussions and workshops throughout the day. Some eminent personalities namely Rana Ray Chaudhury from HP Scitex, Sridhar from Titan Indsutries, Pankaj Bhawdwaj from Avery Dennison and many more shared their insights in the summit. 
Speaking at the HP Latex Summit, Dhirendra Khurana, Country Manager, Sign & Display, GSB, HP PPS India said, "HP's digital printing solutions combine true versatility and durability with the ability to lower the impact of printing on the environment. We are changing the industry in a way that affects how customers view printing. There is a broad spectrum of size, scope and custom applications made possible by digital printing, for everyone, from print service providers and technical design professionals to creative agencies and brand owners.”
Additionally, HP displayed the large format printer, HP Designjet L26500 at the summit. The idea was to showcase the capability of the printer such as handling a broader range of indoor and outdoor signage applications with better durability than eco-solvent inks and is ideal for high-impact point-of-purchase displays, soft signage, bus shelters, vehicle graphics and more.
