Singapore-based company Zimplistic is stepping up the global branding of its innovative Rotimatic, an automated flatbread maker, in the effort to build awareness and relevance of the product offering and make it a household name for the Indian diaspora across the world. The campaign’s tagline ‘togetherness and rotis’ evokes nostalgia among the Indian diaspora. L&K Saatchi & Saatchi has won the global communications mandate of Rotimatic. The brand’s integrated campaign would tap different platforms for different markets and would span the mediums of outdoor, television, print and digital.

The brand’s ad film has already been rolled out, targeting expat Indians. Given the changing lifestyles in Indian cities, Zimplistic could also be targeting the Indian households sooner than later.
