Screaming fest at McDonald’s Singapore !
The brand has rolled out an interactive digital board at Funan Mall in Singapore, wherein dinners are asked to shout as loudly as they can to win a free chocolate ice cream cone from McDonald’s.
McDonald’s Singapore has generated a new on-ground buzz with its jingle line, “Ice scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream.” The brand partnered with Leo Burnett to launch an interactive digital board at Funan Mall wherein they urged dinners to shout out as loud as they can to win a free chocolate ice cream cone from McDonald’s.
People shouted loudly as they waited for the vanilla ice cream to change into Hershey’s chocolate ice cream in front of the kiosk. The customer receives a free ice cream if the vanilla ice cream icon changes into a chocolate one. The video went viral comparing the shouts of Asian and Western folks.
The activation ran from August 29th to August 31st, 2022, and it provided 1,200 free chocolate softies to the screamers.
