Singapore Airlines’ activation takes off at South City Mall
The brand’s activation campaign at the mall, that recreated its inflight service experience, is to be scaled up soon
Singapore Airlines has executed a first of its kind activation at South City mall, Kolkata. The three day event was organised at a 30’x30’ area in the central atrium of the mall that provided an experiential feel of the airline to customers. The campaign also had 23 digital screens on a rotational basis. The infrastructure was set up to reflect the inflight ambience of the airlines.
It has been learnt that the brand plans to scale up the campaign. “We are always keen to do such kind of activities. High end brands always prefer South City Mall as a venue because of its highest footfall and post renovation the mall has developed an international feel. With the presence of international brands and a few exclusive stores like Zara, Harley Davidson, Marks & Spencer, South City is a preferred destination for such kind of brand activations,” shares Dip Biswas, DGM, South City Mall, Kolkata.
