Cutting-edge mobility solutions will add new strings to OOH bow: Suresh Balakrishna
Balakrishna asserts that OOH is one medium that provides for maximum creative thinking, innovations and use of new technologies
Technology infusion is central to India’s OOH business growth. While several OOH industry stakeholders have time-to-time expressed their apprehension over investing in new technologies to power OOH business in Indian markets, Kinetic India is steadfastedly focused on bringing the latest OOH-related technologies into India to deliver the best value to advertising brands.
In a one-on-one conversation with Media4Growth, Suresh Balakrishna, CEO, South Asia and Middle East, Kinetic Worldwide, said that this year Kinetic India will usher in cutting-edge mobility solutions to drive OOH advertising in India. The thrust on mobility solutions stems from Kinetic Worldwide’s global focus on mobility solutions and other new technologies that will greatly augment OOH growth in different markets.
Balakrishna asserts that OOH is one medium that provides for maximum creative thinking, innovations and use of new technologies. “This industry is doing a lot in the area of technology, but we are our greatest critics,” he says, while pointing out that the scale at which technology is being adopted may not be big at the moment, but it is happening in “pockets, niche areas”.
