Western Railways Ratlam Division invites bids for exclusive advertising rights

Western Railway’s Ratlam Division invites sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) to allot exclusive advertising rights through vinyl or radium pasting at sitting areas of passengers in railway premises such as platforms, booking, reservation hall, circulating area etc. including granite benches etc. for the duration of 1 year. However, the tender excludes steel benches at stations of NSG 2 class stations (Indore and Ujjain), NSG 3 class stations (Ratlam and Chittorgarh) and NSG 4 class stations (Dahod, Nagda, Neemuch, Dewas and Mandsaur) railway station. The space allotment in the tender includes 20% for railway slogans related to cleanliness and 80% for commercial advertisement.

Ratlam Division also invites tender for exclusive advertisement through vinyl wrapping or radium pasting at handles of entry and exit gates of all the coaches in all the trains including local, express and superfast trains and DEMU having primary maintenance for a period of 1 year.

The earnest money deposit for both of these EOI is Rs 20,000. The bidder shall be given 15 days to arrange advertisement material and install them at earmarked locations. The display period will commence either 15 days or 1 year after the issue of confirmation letter, whichever is earlier. The expiry date of the contract shall be mentioned with the EOI number at every location. The advertiser will be responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of advertisement material. Damages or torn publicity flexes shall be removed immediately. In case of 2 or more bidders quoting the same price, the selection will be done through a draw of lots in the presence of the bidders or the authorised representative of the bidder.
