The news channel sent out a tactical message to corporate offices and top colleges in Bangalore – “Filter Your Coffee; Not News”
India Today news channel, which took an aggressive marketing route for the recently-concluded Karnataka Elections, also roped in coffee mugs to initiate the direct messaging to the masses. Distributed in corporate offices and top colleges in Bangalore, a week-long campaign was executed in association with CupShup, offering this ambient advertising. Interestingly, the cups were designed with a tactical message saying “Filter Your Coffee; Not News”.
