Innovative technologies, such a geofencing, augmented reality, and dynamic content, are making OOH campaigns stronger by adding new and intriguing elements to existing campaign strategies:

It is often said that OOH is a real thing that can’t be blocked, skipped or viewed by bots. Yet, OOH appears to be living in the shadow of media like print and television. What steps would you advocate by which OOH will command a larger share of the overall ad pie?

In today’s world of clicks, likes, and page views, OOH advertising is a core media buy. OOH is more creatively impactful, more contextually relevant, and more of a media amplifier than ever before. It’s the real thing in a real world.
OOH remains the second fastest growing medium in the United States, and revenue has grown every quarter over the last seven years. OOH media share is growing, too. OOH will continue to grab more share in the future because brands are recognising the power of the medium to surround audiences with real and powerful advertising.

With the onset of digital OOH, there were concerns expressed over the longevity of classic media. But those concerns appear to be misfounded as classic formats are very much in business. Going forward, how will classic media reinforce its relevancy as a powerful advertising medium?

OOH works. It reaches huge audiences with superior ROI, while complementing digital and traditional media channels. OOH amplifies other media when used in an integrated plan, driving mobile, social, and digital engagement.

Ultimately, OOH delivers bold storytelling; and it gets noticed. Clever ads spark conversation, whether the OOH is digital or printed, and consumers stop, notice, and remember compelling ads.
