Tata DOCOMO has retained Milestone Brandcom as its OOH agency following a recent pitch. The agency bagged the outdoor media mandate for two additional regions — Delhi & Rajasthan circles — in addition to previous circle businesses. The account was retained with Milestone following a multi-agency pitch that involved the participation of numerous agencies.
