Skyrams lights up Coimbatore OOH with digital screens

The OOH firm’s digital screens went live after the Madras High Court quashed the tender cancellation order issued by the local corporation

Skyrams Outdoor Advertising has put up digital display screens in Coimbatore city after the Madras High Court quashed the tender cancellation order issued by the local corporation.

The corporation had earlier cancelled the tender after granting the rights for a few weeks. Now the OOH company, adhering to the agreement, is installing digital boards only on the corporation grounds. Currently, 19 single-side display screens are operational in different parts of the city, displaying traffic, weather and other useful content on them, wherein 10 or more will be ready for display in coming days.

Keeping in mind the safety norms, the display screens are showing only static images, including those on electoral public awareness campaigns. Once the network of screens is ready, the company will start pitching to the corporate brands.
