The company will be marketing the advertising media at both tourist-centric airports for a period of 10 years

Media 24x7 Advertising has acquired the exclusive advertising rights at Khajuraho and Kullu Airports, awarded by the Airport Authority of India (AAI). With these acquisitions, the OOH firm gains exclusive rights to sell advertising space in static as well as digital formats, both inside and outside the airports. Both Khajuraho and Kullu are major tourist destinations and hubs for regional connectivity.

The Airports also feature brand new terminal buildings, equipped with modern infrastructure and future readiness. Media 24 x 7 has committed to build world class media infrastructure at the two airports to enhance value proposition to the advertisers.

Commenting on the wins, Rajendra Kumar, Managing Director of Media 24x7, said, “This is a new feather in our cap and we are really excited about it. Over the years, Media 24x7 has earned the reputation as one of the most reliable and comprehensive outdoor media solution providers in North India. We have always been striving hard to offer more efficient and modern media infrastructure to our clients and by acquiring rights at these two airports we feel we have taken a giant step in that direction.”

“Investing in media at these airports is also conscious and strategic decision as smaller, regional airports are going to play a vital role in brand communication delivery in the years to come. Over the past couple of years, regional airports have been achieving exponential growth, both in terms of flight connectivity and passenger count. This growth is set to intensify even further under the Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS), a Government of India initiative, aimed to connect regional airports with an increased number of affordable flights,” he added.
