Kumar Gaurav has joined Bharat Financials Inclusion Ltd (BFIL), a subsidiary of IndusInd Bank, as SVP & Head Marketing Communications. Gaurav is a seasoned marketing professional with 18 years of work experience in strategic brand management, market research, advertising and integrated marketing communications.

In the past, Gaurav has held important leadership positions in Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, Jana Small Finance Bank, Pernod Richard, Idea Cellular, HDFC Bank, Shoppers Stop and led several award-winning marketing campaigns.

Gaurav holds an MBA in Marketing and is a Gold medalist in computer science.
