Indore MC invites tender for Unipole & Lollypops on BOT basis

The project structures, covering major locations of the city has been evolved in order to maintain the city infrastructure facilities

Indore Municipal Corporation has invited bids for Construction, Operation & Maintenance of Unipole & Lollypops on BOT basis. The proposed sites are in existence on major locations of Indore suitable for advertisement. Such construction, renovation & maintenance shall be subject to the Concessionaire’s own efforts and expense. The Project of construction, maintenance, management & transfer of designated Unipoles & Media structures has been evolved in order to maintain the city infrastructure facilities with no excess financial burden to the Authority.

The maximum size of single faced Unipoles/double faced Unipoles is 15.00 x 30.00 ft. and the maximum size of double decker Unipole is 30x40 ft. And for kisoks, the size shall be 3 ft x 4 ft and advertisement shall be on both sides & it shall be of Stainless-steel structure.

The license will be given for 7 years of duration. The tender has been segmented in 7 groups where INR 10 lakh of earnest money is kept for each group.

The last date to submit tender is 5th September, 2019 where the technical bid will open on 6th September, 2019. Tender Document and other details shall be available on: - Website- www.mptenders.gov.in
