Promotions for the new launch will begin around the sales push slated for the end of Q2 this year
While the vehicle will be introduced in showrooms during the end of the second quarter this year, the brand plans to build a grand buzz to promote the extraordinary features right before the launch with a highly visible campaign. Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd, while admitting that it is quite early to talk about the promotions, did assure that there will be big promotional activities to do justice to the millennial launch.
It may be noted that this two-wheeler brand is quite a big spender on the OOH medium, maintaining continued brand imagery with strategically placed outdoor campaigns, while supporting it with heavy product or cause promotion. For instance, in their recent big #ActivIndia campaign, the brand has already lifted up their presence with semi-naming metro station rights in the Delhi NCR region.
