Akshar Advertising Solution has won sole advertising rights at Mumbai local stations on the western and central lines. As per the contract, which is for a period of three years, Akshar Advertising has the rights to put up all kinds of media of different sizes at the stations.
 
The stations covered under the contract are: Western Line -- Mahalaxmi, Lower Parel, Elphinstone, Jogeshwari, Kandivali, Borivali platform No. 4, 5 & 6, Bhyander, Naigaon, Vasai Road, Nallasopara, Virar, Vyara, Bardoli and Nadurbar; Central Line -- Curry Road, Parel, Matunga Central, Tilak Nagar, Kurla Terminus, Chembur, Bhandup, Kalyan and Kajrat.

The local trains are the lifelines of Mumbai, carrying a phenomenally high number of passengers every day. Any media at the local train stations will therefore attract a very large number of eyeballs.
