14th Outdoor Advertising Convention begins in Mumbai

The two-day convention has drawn the participation of over 500 delegates including global and Indian OOH CEOs, senior government officials, media planners, brand custodians, consultants and solution providers


The 14th edition of Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC), India’s largest platform for OOH industry stakeholders, got underway at the Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Powai, Mumbai. OAC 2018, with its theme ‘Firing up the OOH Growth Engine’, was inaugurated by Sam Balsara, Chairman, Madison World, Mr Noomi Mehta, President, Indian Outdoor Advertising Association, Ms Annie Kumar, Director, Bullseye Media, and Mr Vasant Jante, MD, VJ Media Works, with the lighting of the traditional lamp.

The two-day convention has drawn the participation of over 500 delegates including global and Indian OOH CEOs, senior government officials, media planners, brand custodians, consultants and solution providers.

The knowledge sessions will cover a whole gamut of themes, such as, ‘How can OOH transform the urban landscape’, ‘Why brand custodians fail to creatively use OOH’, ‘Emerging Global OOH Trends- Key takeaways for Indian Markets’, among others.

OAC has directed sharp focus on the Expo component with cutting-edge OOH solutions that have been exhibited at the expo venue.

The 2-day event will conclude with the Outdoor Advertising Awards (OAA) 2018 function.
