Fortbell Gadgets and Leafberry Ads secure exclusive 9-Year Outdoor Media rights in Mohali

In a landmark development for the outdoor advertising industry, Fortbell Gadgets, in association with Leafberry Ads, has successfully acquired exclusive rights to all Billboards, Unipoles, Gantries, and Public Utilities across Mohali for the next nine years. This historic agreement, signed with Municipal Corporation Mohali, involves a massive investment of ₹346 Crores over the tenure, including GST, for a total of 300 premium outdoor media sites. 

A Game-Changer for Mohali’s Outdoor Advertising Landscape 

Prior to this tender, the Municipal Corporation Mohali was generating approximately ₹7 Crores per annum from outdoor advertising. However, with the previous tenders expiring in 2018 and multiple unsuccessful attempts to attract bidders in the last four tenders, this new contract marks a significant turnaround, unlocking substantial revenue potential for the city. 

Leafberry Ads to Lead Marketing and Operations 

The entire marketing and operational execution of the Mohali outdoor media contract will be managed exclusively by Leafberry Ads, which already holds the sole rights for Ludhiana’s outdoor advertising. This expansion strengthens Leafberry’s position as a dominant player in Punjab’s Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising sector, offering unparalleled visibility and branding opportunities to advertisers. 

This strategic move by Fortbell Gadgets and Leafberry Ads is set to redefine the outdoor media landscape in Mohali, providing brands with premium, high-impact advertising solutions while significantly enhancing the city’s revenue stream.
