MSRDC invites bids for LED/Digital hoarding at Taloja Flyover
The five-year advertising opportunity covers a 30m x 3m digital display on the Sion-Panvel Highway.
The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has invited online e-tenders for granting permission to display advertisements on a LED/Digital hoarding on the vertical faces of the obligatory span of Taloja Flyover on the Sion-Panvel Highway. The contract period for the opportunity is five years.
The tender covers one hoarding measuring 30m x 3m, with an EMD of ₹1.3 lakhs The cost of the tender document is ₹12,980, and the entire bidding process will be conducted online through the Maharashtra government’s e-tendering portal.
The tender documents were made available for download from August 13, 2026 at 5 pm, with the deadline for submission set for August 27, 2026 at 3 pm. The technical bids are scheduled to be opened online on August 31, 2026 at 4 pm at MSRDC’s corporate office in Mumbai. The date for opening the financial bids will be communicated to bidders who qualify in the technical evaluation.
MSRDC has specified that bidders must possess a valid Class II/III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and submit the required technical documents and original documents for verification during the technical bid opening. The corporation has also retained the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning a reason.
