Crayons wins exclusive ad rights for Kumbh 2019
The outdoor sites are located at prominent locations across the city and about 12 crore people are expected to visit the Kumbh mela
Crayons, in a multi-agency pitch, has won the exclusive rights on 700 outdoor sites at Kumbh 2019 in Prayagraj, an event expected to be visited by more than 12 crore people from across the globe. The outdoor sites (20ft x 10 ft) are spread across the length & breadth of the city at prominent locations.
Kumbh Mela is scheduled for a period of 50 days (15th January, 2019 to 4th March, 2019), though people’s visits at the Kumbh venue start much earlier and are expected to continue well beyond the Mela period. ‘Akharas’ from across the country assemble at the Kumbh Mela with their followers much before the Mela period.
Industry pundits call it the most valuable outdoor asset offering guaranteed eyeballs. Outdoor advertising at Kumbh has been one of the most sought-after brand building activities for a gamut of brand and there is no other similar opportunity available anywhere else in the world.
Raghu Khanna, CEO Crayons Outdoor Division – AmberOOH, said, “With the exclusive rights on the best outdoor properties of Kumbh 2019, we have the advantage of offering unmatchable branding opportunity covering key entry points of mela, railways station, bus stands. Brands will have good visibility on all roads leading to Kumbh Mela to get the maximum exposure & recall.”
Many leading brands and industry officials are confirmed to have finalised the deals with the agency for the outdoor sites.
