CMRL opens bid for 31 station semi-naming rights
The stations would be given for Semi-Naming activities on as-is-where-is basis. Corridor I has 15 stations and Corridor II – 16 stations
Chennai Metro Rail Limited has invited e-procurement bids on a single-stage, two-packet system – Technical & Financial through national competitive bidding for Semi- Naming Rights of 31 stations along Corridor I & II. The contacts will be allotted for 3 years. The stations would be given for Semi-Naming activities on as-is-where-is basis. Corridor I has 15 stations and Corridor II – 16 stations.
The scope of the tender allows suffix or prefix of the specified brand name with the name of the metro station, along with rights to install the brand logo at the entry and exit of the stations, promotional space for kiosks/stalls/canopies of 10 sq.m at each station, landscaping in space available at the Metro stations(optional), inside/outside colouring of station in brand colours.
The last date to obtain the tender document is October 9. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled on October 15, wherein the technical bid will open on November 12.
