Srishti Communications bags sole ad rights at Davangere, Shimoga railway stations

Leading OOH firm Srishti Communications has extended its footprint in the realm of railway station advertising media having bagged the exclusive advertising rights at Davangere and Shimoga railway stations in Karnataka. The firm has won the rights from the Mysore Division, of South Western Railway for a 5-year period through an open tendering process. S Kumar, Founder Director of Srishti Communications told Outdoor Asia, “We have commenced the creation of the structures in an aesthetic manner, such that they lend vibrancy to the brands advertising on this media.
Kumar said the decision to move to these Tier II cities is dictated by the emerging needs of clients and OOH agencies. The brands in particular are looking to tap into these cities to position their offerings. The railway stations are ideal locations to connect with a wide cross-section of the target groups.
The city of Davangere is a growing business centre, whereas Shimoga is a well known tourist destination.
