Origins to construct a swanky foot-over-bridge in Lucknow

Origins is undertaking the construction of an ultra-modern foot-over bridge which is to be accessible to pedestrians crossing the high-traffic road and also feature a single back to back LED, a part of the digital OOH network operated by Origins.

Origins Advertising has reached yet another milestone with the undertaking of the construction of an ultra-modern foot-over-bridge (FOB) opposite Fun Republic Mall, Gomti Nagar, one of the most prominent areas in Lucknow. The bridge will connect the two-way, high-traffic road and will improve accessibility for pedestrians.

Origins has already signed an agreement with Lucknow Municipal Corporation for the construction of the foot-over-bridge on BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer) basis with a concession period of 20 years. A leading New Delhi-based project management consultant REPL, providing solutions related to architecture, urban planning, landscape design etc., has been entrusted with the task of the construction of this project.

The road in front of the mall is a wide, high-speed traffic road with a high divider that pedestrians attempt to cross to go over to the other side. The foot-over bridge will prove to be a solution to the pedestrians’ woes. The massive structure will feature a state-of-the-art, unique design equipped with all necessary facilities. It will be clutter-free, with only one back-to-back LED screen as a part of the digital out-of-home network operated by Origins. Pedestrians will be able to avoid the high-speed traffic on the road and cross safely. The construction of the bridge will be underway soon and is estimated to be complete in six months.
