SDMC invites tender for unipole and toilet blocks
Both the tenders will be allotted for 3 years with extendable option of up to two years
The South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) invites bids for unipoles and toilet blocks available in their jurisdiction. To allot the advertising rights for both, the corporation has rolled out an open tender on a monthly license fee basis. The tender will be allotted for 3 years with a further two-year extendable option. There are totally 10 clusters in the tender each having different set of formats. The tender also allots rights for LED screens in selected clusters without audio feature. The maximum size of the LED screen given in the tender is 6-meter x 3 meter, 25 feet above from ground.
For toilet blocks tender, the advertisement rights will be given for operation and maintenance on a monthly license basis for 3 years with further two-year extendable option. The tender includes two toilet blocks clusters and three single blocks.
The last date to submit both tenders is on 20th of this month which will be opened on 22nd February. The tender documents can be obtained from the corporation website.
