Ammar Millwala, Head – Integrated Marketing, Aditya Birla Capital, has joined the distinguished Jury of the Outdoor Advertising Awards (OAA) 2023 contest.
An integrated media specialist, Ammar has over 14 years of experience in the industry having worked for both agencies and brands. In his current role as Head of Media at Aditya Birla Capital, Ammar is responsible for leading traditional and digital media strategies.
Commenting on the importance of OAA, Ammar told Media4Growth: “OAA recognises brilliant work done in the OOH space and uplifts the agencies’ spirits to excel year after year. It also educates brand stakeholders to understand how other categories are leveraging OOH as a medium in their media mix to achieve brand KPIs”.
Previously, Ammar has worked at Mindshare – GroupM leading media investments for Disney and he also had a stint at VIP Industries where he led media strategies for their portfolio brands.
At this year’s OAA, Ammar hopes to see a lot more innovation “I look forward to some fantabulous work involves scientific planning considering multi-touchpoints, market nuances, technology and innovations”.
Outside of work, Ammar is an avid motorcyclist, a keen explorer, a fitness enthusiast who enjoys swimming and playing cricket.
